After a few days in Cortina D’Ampezzo, we made our way to Klausen. From there we did two more passes; Passo Sella and Passo Gardena. In the morning, we cycled uphill continuously for 31 km, over 3 1/2 hours. In the afternoon, we pointed the bicycles downhill from the second pass and covered almost the entire distance back to the campground without barely having to pedal at all. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. (A note of caution though: these roads are particularly busy and there also are a few tunnels to navigate).
